In the most recent PTR Update to Wrath Classic, Blizzard has increased the item levels on various gear from Phase 2. This was announced back in early September, where Blizzard explained the reasoning behind this change, opting to increase the longevity of the Ulduar raid and give a legitimate reason for players to continue clearing Ulduar.
We’ve updated our Wowhead Wrath Classic Database with the latest item tooltips from the PTR, which are the increased item levels.
