Many players were itching for new boss content during Diablo 4’s first season, and Season of the Malignant delivered: Varshan the Consumed, a malignant, corrupted being, was introduced to Sanctuary during the Season of the Malignant questline. This raised the question, however, of what would happen to Varshan after Season 1’s end – after all, isn’t seasonal content temporary?
Thankfully, Blizzard has clarified – it looks like Varshan isn’t going anywhere!
