Players have reported that if you complete Season 2 Keystone Master, you don’t receive a Tier Omni-Token. Players should currently aim to another objective and not complete Keystone Master until after they have their Omni-Token.

Dragonflight Season 2 Master is a brand new achievement added in Patch 10.1 that will grant every character a Tier Omni-Token when they complete one of 3 achievements:
