With Patch 10.1.7, Blizzard is restoring hundreds of zone drops and rare spawn drops which were removed over a decade ago with the Cataclysm open-world update.
While we don’t have an official list, we assume this change will bring back items like
Elemental Attuned Blade
Walking Boots
Blackened Defias Boots
Spider Web Robe
