In Patch 10,1, all races will have a new eyesight customization option, allowing characters to have one or two blind eyes. On live servers, only select races can have blind eye options–for example, Humans and Dracthyr can have two blind eyes, Kul Titan can have one blind eye, while Goblins and Tauren have no options.
With this new Eyesight category coming in Patch 10.1, all races can select between Left, Right, Both, and Neither for blind eye options.
