The Dreadlord Mini-boss Zul’gamux from the Shrouded affix gives you 3 stacks of the buff, but can take a long time due to the healing from the Blood Siphon ability. However, players have found that a Protection Paladin can interrupt the ability immediately, preventing her from healing at all!
