Blizzard has posted Patch 10.0.7 PTR notes for today which includes some Guardian Druid changes and more reworks to Paladins!
Here are the changes that you can find in this week’s 10.0.7 PTR update:CLASSES

Guardian
Thorns of Iron is now affected by the Guardian Druid specialization passive, and its damage values have been adjusted accordingly.
Developers’ note: This is a net neutral change to the Thorns of Iron ability.
