Blizzard has finally made a blue post on Feral Druid changes in the Dragonflight Beta! In this post, they preview the revamped talent tree, added and removed talents, and announced that they’ve changed/removed effects that dynamically extend bleed durations so maintaining bleeds will always be a part of the rotation.
