Do you ever wonder why hitting an enemy with a barrier does not have the same effects as one without barrier? It was confirmed in patch notes today that improvements are coming to this mechanic.

Currently, attacking a target with an active barrier does not interact the same as a target without a barrier. Bonus damage and bonus effects that are applied on-hit do not work properly.
