A quick note on ShadowCraft:
Community news: Pathal (aka Pins) is stepping back from being the primary ShadowCraft engine maintainer after two and half years of work, from early MoP through 6.1. In addition to standard patch maintenance, Pathal implemented phase based DPS computation for combat, allowing for accurate energy cap modeling, he heavily redesigned the subtlety model to better model modern subtlety rotations, and he discovered several important bugs including Shattered Hand attack speed scaling and DfA swing timer behavior. Due to his fantastic contributions, ShadowCraft today is a more accurate tool than ever. The Ravenholdt team would like to thank Pathal for his (often unsung) work that has provided rogues with a unique and accurate tool for theorycrafting questions. Thank you Pathal, your expertise and inimitable humour will be missed!
Lest anyone wonder about the future of ShadowCraft, Fierydemise will be picking up the mantle and taking over as engine maintainer. Thank you Fierydemise!
