Item Level 402 catch-up gear from Time Rifts cannot be converted into Tier Set pieces using the Revival Catalyst in Patch 10.1.5.

Fractures in Time adds catch-up gear that you get by completing Time Rifts either from the vendors or bosses. We’re talking about 402 Rank 1/8 Veteran gear here.

MrGM found out on the 10.1.5 PTR that catch-up gear pieces cannot be currently converted into Tier Set pieces using the Revival Catalyst.

Upping it to 4/8 didn’t help either. We don’t know if this is inteded or a bug, but we’ll keep you updated once we learn more.
