Patch 10.1.7 will most likely hit live servers before September and here’s why.
Trading Post class sets that were recently unveiled will be on rotation in September. The items have been added in Patch 10.1.7, which leads us to believe they will release the patch before the end of September, maybe on August 29.
Brewfest has been revamped and Blizzard probably wants to have the renewed holiday up this year and the event starts on September 20.
Hallow’s End has been revamped too, but that won’t begin until October 18.
Patch 10.1.7 is a relatively minor patch with many quality-of-life improvements and not much class changes or content, which leads me to believe that it will release this month.
Let’s see what Blizzard has in store for us this month. Hopefully we’ll hear about Patch 10.2 soon!
