Raider.IO Announces Acquisition of Keystone Guru and Auto Route Creator Mythic+ Tool

The Mythic+ scene is getting more close-knit as Raider.IO has acquired Keystone.Guru! This partnership will bring new and helpful tools for the M+ community, and has in fact already done so. The Auto Route Creator allows players to, well, auto-create a route from dungeons that they’ve finished. These routes can then be shared or kept private and improved upon. You can read more about the feature here, but it’s still in Closed Beta and available only to Raider.IO Patrons.

TEXAS, July 21, 2023 – Raider.IO is pleased to announce the acquisition of Keystone.Guru, a website and Mythic+ dungeon route creation platform. The acquisition was finalized on the morning of Friday, July 21st, 2023. 

Raider.IO was founded in 2017, and has quickly become the premiere platform for PVE players of World of Warcraft, one of the longest-running and most successful MMORPG games in the world. The Raider.IO suite of products and services includes a website, an in-game addon, and a desktop client, through which hundreds of millions of hours of Mythic+ dungeons and raids are tracked.

Raider.IO has become an integral part of the Race to World First, the largest and most popular live-streamed event in World of Warcraft, and provides high-quality global coverage of the competition, as well as data services and logistics to productions and teams.

A proud member of the World of Warcraft community, Raider.IO is heavily involved in hosting and supporting multiple community-led events and tournaments, and creating original content. Raider.IO also proudly works hand-in-hand with the Blizzard Esports team on all MDI and TGP competitions. A true community hub, Raider.IO has become a household name for World of Warcraft players.

Keystone.Guru offers the ability to create, share and discover new routes for World of Warcraft dungeons and raids. Work together with your Mythic+ team and build routes together using live synchronization. Full MDT import/export integration makes getting started easy and risk-free.

Created from a need to coordinate Mythic+ strategy and routing better between friends, and to give back to the community which has given us so much, Keystone.Guru has grown from a simple web page to a fully-fledged platform with many community-requested features and tools to make your Mythic+ runs a success. The website’s code and development is fully open-sourced on Github, so you can easily follow along with current development and give your own feedback to make the site even better.

The acquisition is intended to bring Keystone.Guru under the umbrella of Raider.IO, providing a way to collaborate on features much more closely. This will allow for continued creation of new tools and services for players of World of Warcraft under both the Keystone.Guru and Raider.IO banners. 

To coincide with the acquisition, both Raider.IO and Keystone.Guru are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand-new feature, the Auto Route Creator! This is an exciting new feature that allows users to automatically generate a detailed Keystone.Guru route directly on the Raider.IO website from any completed Mythic+ dungeon live-tracked via the Raider.IO Desktop Client. Gone are the days of meticulously inputting every pull – now you can automatically generate a route from a dungeon you, or anybody else, has completed! Take routes directly from the top of the leaderboards, find ones with your exact group composition, and so much more. 

With Keystone.Guru becoming a part of the Raider.IO suite of products and services, you can expect even more exciting features like the Auto Route Creator in the future!
