The UI in Dragonflight has been updated with a search bar for game options!
In Dragonflight it will be much easier to find and change game options. Blizzard has implemented a search bar for Options (see top left of the screen). Typing in the keywords like “auto loot” brings up the desired setting.
Game options have been merged into three categories with multiple sub-categories:

Network
Accessibility
General
Colorblind Mode
Text To Speech
Gameplay
Raid Profiles
Controls
Interface
Social
