Grommash Hellscream received a new model in Patch 10.1.5 which perfectly matches his Warcraft 3 appearance. If you wonder why, keep reading below (slight spoiler alert).
Dawn of the Infinite mega-dungeon contains a faction-specific encounter called “Time-Lost Battlefield”. While Horde players will fight against Lothar, the Alliance will need to defeat Grommash, as spotted in the Encounter Journal:
One of the many battles between the Alliance and Horde have bled into the Timeways, and it’s up to the heroes of Azeroth to put an end to this time anomaly in order to continue their journey. But first, they will have to face Grommash Hellscream, one of the Horde’s mightiest chieftains. For the Alliance!
