A Crystalline Conflict Community Cup is coming to North America on September 1! Teams from Aether, Crystal, and Primal data centers are invited to compete in the cup for a chance to win some exclusive prizes!
Hosting the Community Cup will be PvP expert Brian Ricardo and MogTalk host Frosty! All matches will be streamed live on the official Final Fantasy XIV Twitch channel. Co-streaming is allowed, meaning content creators are welcome to stream the event and provide commentary on their own channels!
Registration is now open and lasts until Monday, August 22. Brackets and teams will be announced on Monday, August 29.

Crystalline Conflict, the new 5v5 PvP mode introduced in Patch 6.1, has intrigued many fighters across the realm. Today, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a friendly Crystalline Conflict exhibition on September 1 and September 2—the Community Cup (North America)! Whether you hail from the Aether, Crystal, or Primal data center, you’re invited to gather your most valiant and trusted companions for a chance to showcase your skills and to win some fun prizes!

Eligibility
You must have a North American Square Enix Account.
You must have an active character on the Aether, Crystal, or Primal data centers.
After reading the official rules and agreeing to the conditions, gather and register your Team using the Team registration form available from the official rules linked below.
Members of one registered Team must not be participating in other selected Teams.
Each member of the Team must be able to attend the scheduled times for the Preliminaries, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals event.

Tournament Rules
Crystalline Conflict 5v5 PvP Tournament.
16 teams will be randomly selected from all the eligible team registrations received.
Winners of Preliminaries and Quarterfinals are determined by best-of-one round match.
Winners of Semifinals and Finals are determined by best-of-three rounds match.
Matches will take place on one of the following maps at random: the Palaistra, the Volcanic Heart, or Cloud Nine.
Team members may freely change jobs between rounds if participating in a best-of-three rounds match.
Teams may switch Team members between Semifinals and Finals.
Rewards
All participants will receive three (3) sets of 99x Magitek Torches (red, blue, yellow).
Four Semifinalist Teams will receive the above, along with one (1) in-game item of their choice from the following items:

Chocobo Noble Barding
Bluebird Earring
Scarf of Wondrous Wit
Gaelicap
Modern Aesthetics – Strife
The winning team will receive the above, along with the Great Serpent of Ronka Parasol.
