Shadowlands legendaries are only working in Shadowlands zones in the pre-patch. MrGM spotted this interesting detail, as the items are disabled when not in the correct zone, and even have an message stating that in their tooltip. We know tier sets are being disabled once the pre-patch hits, but legendaries will stay, so it’ll be an interesting time with the new talent trees, SL legendaries and Covenant abilities!
