Here’s everything we currently know about the Legendary Evoker weapon in Patch 10.1.
You must first loot Cracked Titan Gem from Scalecommander Sarkareth on any difficulty.
You are sent to Nozdormu who tells you it’s possible to recraft Oathbinder using the gem to ensure the Dracthyr will never be controlled again.
You will receive the Bestow Ancient Memories buff and learn how to craft the weapon pieces.
Nasz’uro, the Unbound Legacy consists of 3 pieces:
Immaculate Coalescing Dracothyst (Jewelcrafting) – Requires 80x Temporal Vestigial, 30x Everburning Shadowflame, 20x Dracothyst, and 25x Awakened Order.
Inspired Order Recalibrator (Engineering) – Requires 80x Temporal Vestigial, 50x Fleeting Glowspores, 3x Fiery Soul, 3x Frosty Soul, 3x Airy Soul, and 3x Earthen Soul.
Reclaimed Gauntlet Chassis (Blacksmithing) – Requires 240 Temporal Vestigial, 20x Ancient Elementium Fragment, and 25 Awakened Order.
Upon gathering the 3 weapon parts, Evokers will need to complete a scenario in Maelstrom and claim Deathwing’s Essence. Upon completing it, they will receive Nasz’uro, the Unbound Legacy.
Datamined Scenario Steps
Speak to Nozdormu – You have arrived in the Maelstrom. Speak to Nozdormu to figure out what is next.
Absorb Deathwing’s Essence – Use the forged glove to claim the last of Deathwing’s Black Dragon essence.
Defeat the Faceless One – An agent of the Old Gods has emerged from Deathwing!
Claim Deathwing’s Essence – Try once more to claim Deathwing’s essence.
A New Legacy – Nasz’uro, the Unbound Legacy, is yours!
The weapon has the following effect:
Insight of Nasz’uro – Your Empower spells activate the Order magic within, releasing a sphere of Order that seeks a powerful ally, increasing their primary stat by 0 and Speed by 707 for 15 sec.
