Hotfixed Legendary Item & Spell Confirm Evoker Legendary Weapon in Patch 10.1

Blizzard has hotfixed a new item and spell that confirm an Evoker Legendary weapon called the Oathmaker coming in Patch 10.1. This post contains spoilers.

A while ago, we speculated about a potential Legendary Evoker weapon coming in Embers of Neltharion. Recently, Blizzard has hotfixed a new spell to live servers that reveals the origin of the Oathmaker, a craftable Evoker Legendary Weapon. According to the spell description, it will require 3 different parts crafted by Blacksmiths, Jewelcrafters, and Engineers. The spell cannot currently be found on Wowdb, but here’s an in-game verson with the tooltip.

Ancient Memories (Instant)

Teach the player of the appropriate profession how to craft part of the new version of the Oathmaker.

Blacksmithing – Reclaimed Gauntlet Chassis

Jewelcrafting – Immaculate Coalescing Dracothyst

Engineering – Inspired Order Recalibrator

The Legendary quest item tied to the recipe called Cracked Titan Gem most likely drops from Scalecommander Sarkareth.
