Great Vault Requirement Changes in Patch 10.1

Blizzard has changed the Great Vault raid requirements in Patch 10.1 and you’ll need to defeat 1 more boss to unlock items in the weekly chest.

Raids Category

In Patch 10.1, you must defeat an additional raid boss to unlock items in the category. Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible, contains 9 raid bosses, while the Vault of the Incarnates has 8.

Slot 1: Defeat 3 Aberrus bosses (up from 2).

Slot 2: Defeat 5 Aberrus bosses (up from 4).

Slot 3: Defeat 7 Aberrus bosses (up from 6).

The remaining categories remain unchanged for now.

Dungeons Category

Slot 1: Complete 1 Mythic+ Dungeon.

Slot 2: Complete 4 Mythic+ Dungeons.

Slot 3: Complete 8 Mythic+ Dungeons.

PvP Category

Slot 1: Earn 1,250 Honor from Rated PvP.

Slot 2: Earn 2,500 Honor from Rated PvP.

Slot 3: Earn 5,000 Honor from Rated PvP.

Currently on the PTR, the new thresholds have not been implemented yet and the Great Vault is still showing pre 10.1 requirements.
