See Clive’s sword from Final Fantasy 16 in real life at the Tower of London. Visit the Royal Armouries museum and explore the history of arms and armour.
To celebrate the release of Final Fantasy XVI, Square Enix has created a replica of the sword used by the main character, Clive Rosfield, and partnered with the Royal Armouries museum to put it on display at the Tower of London.
The sword, named Invictus, is a powerful weapon that Clive uses to seek revenge in the game’s story. It is made of steel and has intricate details and engravings. It measures 1.8 meters long, and weighs 12 kilograms.
Invictus is displayed at the Royal Armouries museum, which houses the UK’s national collection of arms and armour. It is located on the first floor of the White Tower, the oldest part of the Tower of London, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sword is placed among historical artefacts such as armour worn by kings and knights.
This is the first time that a video game sword has been exhibited at the museum, and it will be there until July 19, 2023. Fans of Final Fantasy can visit the museum and see the sword for themselves, as well as learn more about the history and culture of weapons and warfare.
Final Fantasy XVI is a highly anticipated game that, unlike previous titles in the series, features a more dark and mature story, a dynamic combat system, and a rich fantasy world. A demo of the game is available for download now, but players should be careful of spoilers as some physical copies have been leaked online.
