The Fan Festival in London will take place at ExCel London, from Saturday 21 October 2023 to Sunday 22 October 2023. Each day will feature unique stage activities and surprises.

Day 1: Saturday 21 October 2023
9:00 (GMT): Keynote and Opening Ceremony
The Fan Festival will kick off with producer and director Naoki Yoshida, as he will announce the latest updates coming to Final Fantasy XIV. Expect some exciting news and reveals about the game!
11:30 (GMT): Development Panel: World Design
Join the world design team as they share their insights and secrets on how they create all the beautiful and immersive environments of Final Fantasy XIV. Learn about their inspirations, challenges, and techniques behind their work.
15:30 (GMT): Special Guest Talk Session with Hironobu Sakaguchi
Yoshi-P will be joined by a special guest, Final Fantasy series founder Hironobu Sakaguchi. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear from the legendary creator of Final Fantasy as he shares his thoughts on FFXIV and more.

18:00 (GMT): Piano Performance
Enjoy a soothing and elegant piano performance by renowned pianist Keiko. Note that the concerts will not be broadcast live.
Day 2: Sunday 22 October 2023
9:00 (GMT): Special Guest Gameplay Session with Hironobu Sakaguchi
Yoshi-P will take Hironobu Sakaguchi to fight some familiar foes from Final Fantasy XIV. Watch as they team up to face challenging battles and have some fun along the way.
11:30 (GMT): Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship Finals
Be ready for the Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship Finals and see who will take the European champion title home this year! Winners will receive exclusive prizes and glory.
14:30 (GMT): Cosplay Walk and Cheering Choice
Cosplayers of all skill levels are called on stage to show their amazing cosplays! Everyone can participate. More information on how to apply will be released soon.

18:00 (GMT): The Primals Concert
Rock out with The Primals, as they perform some of their most popular and energetic songs from the game. Get ready to sing along, dance, and cheer with the crowd. For players attending the concert, be aware that video or audio recording during the performance will be prohibited. Note also that the concert will not be broadcast live.
For players that are not able to attend in person but want to watch from home, rest assured as all the stage events will be streamed live on the official Final Fantasy XIV YouTube and Twitch on both days.
Additionally, please also note that all stage events that are streamed can also be co-streamed. This allows players to live react to the event and share their opinions and emotions together.
