Evoker Devastation Class Set 2pc – Empower spells have a 5% increased chance to critically strike and also increase your critical strike chance by 5% for 6 sec.
Evoker Devastation Class Set 4pc – Empower spells have a 25% chance to grant you 6 seconds of Fury of the Aspects without causing Exhausted.
Evoker Preservation Class Set 2pc – Empower spells increase Reversion’s chance to critically heal by 25% for 6 sec.
Evoker Preservation Class Set 4pc – Reversion healing has a chance to cause your next Living Flame to cast instant and deal 20% increased healing or damage. Stacks up to 2 times. Approximately 2.25 procs per minute.
Devastation
Eternity Surge – Focus your energies to release a salvo of pure magic, dealing [ 340% of Spell Power ] Spellfrost damage to an enemy. Damages additional enemies within 12 yds of the target when empowered.
Preservation
Cycle of Life – Every 3 Emerald Blossoms leaves behind a tiny sprout which gathers 10% of your healing over 15 sec. The sprout then heals allies within 25 30 yards, divided evenly among targets.
Spiritbloom – Divert spiritual energy, healing an ally for [ 508.5% of Spell Power ]. Splits to injured allies within 25 30 yards when empowered.
