Druids received some minor changes in the latest 10.0.7 build on the PTR.

Stellar Flare – Burns the target for [ 12.5% of Spell Power ] Astral damage, and then an additional [ 105% of Spell Power ] damage over 24 sec. If dispelled, causes [ 280% of Spell Power ] damage to the dispeller and blast them upwards.
Restoration
Natural Wisdom is now longer baseline on Innervate.
PvP Talents
Star Burst – Starfall calls down collapsing stars that last 15 sec. Enemies that come into contact with a star cause it to burst, knocking nearby enemies upwards and dealing [ 280% of Spell Power ] Astral damage. Generates 0 15 Astral Power.
