Here is a recap of the latest class changes that went live this week on the Dragonflight Beta.

Death Knight

Runeforging

Rune of Razorice – Engrave your weapon with a rune that causes [ 1.13% [ 1.1% of Attack Power ]% Power or 1 ]% extra weapon damage as Frost damage and increases enemies’ vulnerability to your Frost attacks by 3%, stacking up to 5 times.

Tier Set Bonuses

Death Knight Unholy Class Set 2pc – Bursting a Festering Wound grants your ghoul Vile Infusion, increasing their damage by 25% and attack speed by 10% for 5 sec.

Death Knight Unholy Class Set 4pc – Your primary ghoul’s attacks have a 15% 8% chance to increase your damage and Haste by 10% 8% for 8 sec. This chance is increased to 15% during Vile Infusion.

Druid

Improved Barkskin – Duration Barkskin’s duration is increased by 4 sec.

Heart of the Wild –  Magical damage increased by 30%, and Starsurge is instant.

Balance

Starfall – Calls down waves of falling stars upon enemies within 40 yds, dealing [ 132.8% 86.3% of Spell Power ] Astral damage over 8 sec. Multiple uses of this ability may overlap.

Eclipse – Nature spells deal 19% 9% additional damage and Wrath damage is increased by 20%.

Arcane spells deal 19% 9% additional damage and Starfire critical strike chance is increased by 20%.

Balance Druid (Spec Aura) – Decreased damage/healing and periodic damage/healing of Moonfire by 25%.

Mastery: Astral Invocation – Your Nature spells deal 8.8% 4.8% additional damage to targets affected by Sunfire. Your Arcane spells deal 8.8% 4.8% additional damage to targets affected by Moonfire.

Tier Set Bonuses

Druid Feral Class Set 4pc – For each combo point spent, finishing moves increase your Rip, Rake, and Thrash damage by 2% and increase the chance for Bleed Shred, Rake, Swipe, and Thrash to Critically Strike by 2% for 4 sec.

Druid Guardian Class Set 4pc – Gore has a 5% increased chance to trigger. Using Mangle with Gore heals you for [ 150% 375% of Attack Power ] over 6 sec.

Evoker

Evoker Devastation Class Set 4pc – Empower spells have a 25% chance to grant you 6 seconds of Fury of the Aspects without causing Exhausted Exhaustion.

Evoker Preservation Class Set 4pc – Reversion healing has a chance to cause your next Living Flame to cast instant and deal 20% increased healing or damage. Stacks up to 2 times. Approximately 2.25 procs per minute.

Hunter

Beast Mastery

Barbed Shot (Thrill of the Hunt) Fire a shot that tears through your enemy, causing them to bleed for [ 175% of Attack Power ] damage over 8 sec and increases your critical strike chance by 3% for 8 sec, stacking up to 3 times 1 time.

Mage

PvP Talents

Dampened Magic – Magical damage over time effects deal 10% 20% less damage to you.

Monk

Windwalker

Empowered Tiger Lightning – Xuen strikes your enemies with Empowered Tiger Lightning every 4 sec, dealing 10% of the damage you and your summons have dealt to those targets in the last 4 sec.

Tier Set Bonuses

Monk Windwalker Class Set 4pc – Fists of Fury now instead enhances your next 3 Rising Sun Kicks or Spinning Crane Kicks and enhanced kicks increase the damage of your next Fists of Fury by 5%, stacking up to 3 times.

Paladin

Tyr’s Deliverance – Releases the Light within yourself, healing 5 injured allies instantly and an injured ally every 1 sec for 10 sec within 20 yds for [ 47.25% of Spell Power ] every 1 sec for 10 sec. Power ].

Holy Shock – Triggers a burst of Light on the target, dealing [ 68% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to an enemy, or [ 155% of Spell Power ] healing to an ally. Has an additional 30% critical effect strike chance.

Holy

Holy Paladin (Spec Aura) – Decreases damage/healing of Greater Judgment and Judgment by 20%.

Protection

Mastery: Divine Bulwark – While inside your Consecration, your damage taken is reduced by 2.8% 5.0% and you have a chance equal to your block chance to reduce your damage taken from harmful periodic effects.

Crusader’s Judgment – Judgment now has 2 charges, and Grand Crusader now also grants a charge reduces the cooldown of Judgment by 3 sec.

Tier Set Bonuses

Paladin Protection Class Set 4pc Blessed Hammer Crusader Strike increases your Parry by 4% for 10 sec, and extends the duration of Ally of the Light by 1.0 sec.

Priest

Holy

Prayer of Mending – Places a ward on an ally that heals them for [ 61% of Spell Power ] the next time they take damage, and then jumps to another ally within 20 yds. Jumps up to 5 4 times and lasts 30 sec after each jump.

Rogue

Tier Set Bonuses

Rogue Assassination Class Set 2pc – Envenom also increases your weapon poisons’ damage by 10% 20%.

Rogue Assassination Class Set 4pc – When your weapon poisons deal direct damage, you have a 50% chance to gain Septic Wounds, increasing all Bleed damage done by 2% 4% for 8 sec, stacking up to 5 times.

Rogue Outlaw Class Set 2pc – Dispatch increases the damage of your next Sinister Strike or Ambush by 20% 8% per combo point spent.

Rogue Outlaw Class Set 4pc – Half-cost uses of Pistol Shot granted by Sinister Strike increase the damage of your next Dispatch by 50% 25%.

Rogue Subtlety Class Set 4pc – Backstab, Shadowstrike, and Shuriken Storm critical strikes increase the damage of your next Eviscerate or Rupture by 15% of your next Black Powder by 8%. Eviscerate and Rupture by 12% and the damage of Black Powder by 8% for 3 sec.

Warlock

Demonology

Dreadlash – When your Dreadstalkers charge into battle, their Dreadbite attack now hits all targets within 8 yards and deals 25% 10% more damage.

Warrior

Legendary Powers

Seismic Reverberation (Protection) – If Whirlwind or Revenge hits 3 or more enemies, it hits them 1 additional time for 75% 40% damage.

Arms

Bladestorm now generates 20 Rage.

Fury

Enraged Regeneration – Reduces damage taken by 30%, and Bloodthirst restores an additional 20% health. Usable while stunned or incapacitated. Lasts 8 sec.

Onslaught – Brutally attack an enemy for [ 151.6% of Attack Power ] 200 Physical damage

and become Enrage for 5 sec. Generates 20 0 Rage.
