Death Knight

Frost

Might of the Frozen Wastes – While Dual-wielding your Obliterate and Frost Strike also strike with your off-hand and each weapon can be engraved with a Runeforge enchant. Wielding a two-handed weapon increases Obliterate damage by 30%, and increases the chance for your auto attack critical strikes to always grant Killing Machine.

Improved Killing Machine renamed to Frostreaper and changed. Your next Obliterate also deals Frost damage. Killing Machine also causes your next Obliterate to deal Frost damage.

Empower Rune Weapon – Empower your rune weapon, gaining 15% Haste and generating 1 Rune and 5 Runic Power instantly and every 5 sec for 20 sec. If you already know Empower Rune Weapon, instead gain 1 additional charges of Empower Rune Weapon.

Avalanche – Casting Howling Blast with Rime active causes jagged icicles to fall on enemies nearby your target, applying Razorice and dealing [ 21.4% of Attack Power ] Frost damage.

Glacial Advance no longer has a 6 sec cooldown.

New Talents

Empower Rune Weapon –  Empower your rune weapon, gaining 15% Haste and generating 1 Rune and 5 Runic Power instantly and every 5 sec for 20 sec. If you already know Empower Rune Weapon, instead gain 1 additional charges of Empower Rune Weapon.

Icebreaker – When empowered by Rime, Howling Blast deals 30% increased damage to your primary target.

Demon Hunter

Baseline

Throw Glaive costs 25 Fury.

Disrupt (Rank 2) renamed to Improved Disrupt.

Metamorphosis – Upon landing, you are transformed into a hellish demon for 30 25 sec, immediately resetting the cooldown of your Eye Beam and Blade Dance abilities, greatly empowering your Chaos Strike and Blade Dance abilities and gaining 10% 20% Haste. Cooldown reduced to 4 minutes (was 5).

Havoc

Eye Beam – Blasts all enemies in front of you, dealing guaranteed critical strikes for up to ${({?a320,415[{${( 12.38% 14.85% of Attack Power )*10*2}}][{${( 12.38% 14.85% of Attack Power )*10}}])} Chaos damage over 2 sec. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. Cooldown increased to 40 seconds (was 30).

Insatiable Hunger – Demon’s Bite deals 20% 50% more damage and generates 5 to 10 additional Fury.

Momentum – Fel Rush, The Hunt, and Vengeful Retreat increase your damage done by 12% 10% for 6 5 sec.

Vengeance

Metamorphosis (Rank 2) – Reduces the cooldown of Metamorphosis by 60 sec. While transformed, Shear and Fracture generate 0 additional Lesser Soul Fragment.

Focused Cleave – Soul Cleave deals 50% 40% increased damage to your primary target.

Spirit Bomb – Consume up to 5 available Soul Fragments then explode, damaging nearby enemies for [ 25.43% [ 30% of Attack Power ] Fire damage per fragment consumed, and afflicting them with Frailty for 5 sec, causing you to heal for 8% of damage you deal to them. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.

New Talents

Fel Flame Fortification – Magic damage taken reduced by 6%.

Throw Glaive – Throw a demonic glaive at the target, dealing [ 36.68% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. The glaive can ricochet to an additional enemy within 10 yards.

Furious Throws – Throw Glaive now costs 25 Fury and throws a second glaive at the target.

Volatile Flameblood – Immolation Aura generates 8-8 Fury when it deals critical damage. This effect may only occur once per 1.0 sec.

Death Sweep – Strike 5 nearby enemies for [ 114.9% of Attack Power ] Physical damage.

Mastery: Fel Blood – Increases the Armor bonus of Demon Spikes by an additional 24.0% of your Agility. Increases Armor by 12.0% of your Agility. Armor bonus is doubled while Demon Spike is active.

Metamorphosis now has a 4 min cooldown (was 5).

Soul Cleave – Viciously strike up to 5 enemies in front of you for [ 105.3% [ 121.1% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and heal yourself for [ 50% of Attack Power ].

PvP Talents

Demonic Origins – The cooldown of Metamorphosis is reduced by 2 min, but its duration is reduced by 10 sec. Metamorphosis grants 10% Versatility and its cooldown is reduced by 60 sec.

Druid

Balance

Balance Druids received a new Mastery on the Dragonflight Beta.

Mastery: Astral Invocation – Your Nature spells deal 8.8% additional damage to targets affected by Sunfire. Your Arcane spells deal 8.8% additional damage to targets affected by Moonfire.

Eclipse – Casting 2 Starfires empowers Wrath for 15 sec. Casting 2 Wraths empowers Starfire for 15 sec. These Eclipses occur in alternation.

Eclipse (Solar): Wrath cast time reduced 12% Nature spells deal 19% additional damage and Wrath damage is increased by 20%.

Eclipse (Lunar): Starfire cast time reduced 12% Arcane spells deal 19% additional damage and Starfire critical strike chance is increased by 20%.

Shooting Stars – Moonfire, Sunfire, and Stellar Flare damage over time has a chance to call down a falling star, dealing [ 36% of Spell Power ] Astral damage and generating 3 Astral Power.

New Druid Talents

Wild Mushroom – Grow a magical mushroom at the target enemy’s location. After 2 sec, the mushroom detonates, dealing [ 200% of Spell Power ] Nature damage and generating up to 20 Astral Power based on targets hit.

Fungal Growth – Enemies struck by Wild Mushrooms are damaged for an additional 70% over 8 sec and slowed by 0%.

PvP Talents

Owlkin Adept – Owlkin Frenzy can stack up to 2 times and reduces the cast time of your next Cyclone or Entangling Roots by 50% 30%.

Hunter

Survival of the Fittest renamed to Fortitude of the Bear.

Wing Clip now costs 20 Focus (was 30).

Beast Mastery

Kill Command – Give the command to kill, causing your pet to savagely deal [ 165% [ 148.6% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to the enemy.

Bestial Wrath – Sends you and your pet into a rage, instantly dealing [ 83.1% [ 74.9% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to its target, and increasing all damage you both deal by 25% for 15 sec. Removes all crowd control effects from your pet.

Bloodshed – Command your pet to tear into your target, causing your target to bleed for [ 191.8% [ 172.8% of Attack Power ] over 18 sec and increase all damage taken from your pet by 15% for 18 sec.

Survival

Kill Command – Give the command to kill, causing your pet to savagely deal [ 99.8% [ 95% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to the enemy.

PvP Talents

Kindred Beasts (Tenacity) – Survival of the Fittest allies near your pet take 10% less damage. Fortitude of the Bear increases maximum health of allies within 20 yards of your pet by 10% for 10 sec.

Monk

New Talents

Power Strikes – Every 15 sec, your next Tiger Palm will generate 1 additional Chi and deal 100% additional damage.

Profound Rebuttal – Expel Harm’s critical healing is increased by 50%.

Vivacious Vivification – Your next Vivify is instant.

Vigorous Expulsion – Expel Harm’s healing increased by 5% and critical strike chance increased by 15%.

Glory of the Dawn – Rising Sun Kick has a 25% chance to trigger a second time, dealing [ 36% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and restoring 1 Chi.

Glory of the Dawn

Windwalker: Kick upwards, dealing [ 95.9% of Attack Power + 95.9% of Off-hand Attack Power ] Physical damage, and reducing the effectiveness of healing on the target for 10 sec.

Mistweaver: Kick upwards, dealing [ 143.8% of Attack Power ] Physical damage.

Open Palm Strikes – When Fists of Fury deals damage, it has a 5% chance to refund 1 Chi, and it deals 0 additional damage.

Open Palm Strikes – Fists of Fury damage increased by 15%. When Fists of Fury deals damage, it has a 5% chance to refund 1 Chi.

Jade Ignition – Whenever you deal damage to a target with Fists of Fury, you gain a stack of Chi Energy up to a maximum of 30 stacks. Using Spinning Crane Kick will cause the energy to detonate in a Chi Explosion, dealing [ 65% of Attack Power ] damage to all enemies within 8 yards. The damage is increased by 5% for each stack of Chi Energy.

Shadowboxing Treads – Blackout Kick damage increased by 20% and strikes an additional 2 ltarget;targets.

Strike of the Windlord – Strike with both Fists of the Heavens at all enemies in front of you, dealing 1,866% of weapon damage and reducing movement speed by 50% for 6 sec. (Costs 2 Chi, Instant, 9 yd range, 40 sec cooldown)

Thunderfist – Strike of the Windlord grants you a stack of Thunderfist for each enemy struck. Thunderfist discharges upon melee strikes, dealing [ 500% of Attack Power ] Nature damage.

Xuen’s Bond – Abilities that activate Combo Strikes reduce the cooldown of Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger by 0.1 sec, and Xuen’s damage is increased by 10.0%.

Bone Marrow Hops – Bonedust Brew’s Shadow damage or healing is increased by 20.0%, and when Bonedust Brew deals Shadow damage or healing, its cooldown is reduced by 0.5 sec.

Last Emperor’s Capacitor – Chi spenders increase the damage of your next Crackling Jade Lightning by 100% and reduce its cost by 5%, stacking up to 20 times.

Keefer’s Skyreach – Tiger Palm now has a 10 yard range and dashes you to the target when used. Tiger Palm also applies an effect which increases your critical strike chance by 50% for 6 sec on the target. This effect cannot be applied more than once every 60 sec per target.

Way of the Fae – Increases the initial damage of Faeline Stomp by 10.0% per target hit by that damage, up to a maximum of 50.0% additional damage.

The Emperor’s Capacitor – Chi spenders increase the damage of your next Crackling Jade Lightning by 100% and reduce its cost by 5%, stacking up to 20 times.

Pressure Point – Rising Sun Kick critical strikes reduce the cooldown of Fists of Fury by 5.0 sec. When Fists of Fury ends, the critical strike chance of Rising Sun Kick is increased by 50% for 5 sec.

Chi Explosion – NYI

Skyreach Exhaustion – Tiger Palm now has a 10 yard range and dashes you to the target when used. Tiger Palm also applies an effect which increases your critical strike chance by 50% for 6 sec on the target. This effect cannot be applied more than once every 60 sec per target.

Chi Energy – Whenever you deal damage to a target with Fists of Fury, you gain a stack of Chi Energy up to a maximum of 30 stacks. Using Spinning Crane Kick will cause the energy to detonate in a Chi Explosion, dealing [ 65% of Attack Power ] damage to all enemies within 8 yards. The damage is increased by 5% for each stack of Chi Energy.

PvP Talents

Alpha Tiger – Attacking new challengers with Tiger Palm fills you with the spirit of Xuen, granting you 30% 20% haste for 8 sec.

Paladin

Tyr’s Deliverance – Releases the Light within yourself, healing an injured ally within 15 20 yds for [ 37.5% [ 39.38% of Spell Power ] every 1 sec for 10 sec. Allies healed also receive 20% 25% increased healing from your Holy Light and Flash of Light spells for 10 sec.

Protection

Hammer of the Righteous – Hammers the current target for [ 27% [ 50% of Attack Power ] Physical damage.

New Paladin Talents

Resplendent Light – Holy Light heals up to 5 targets within 8 yds for 8% of its healing.

Reckoning (PvP Talent) – Hurls a magical hammer that strikes an enemy for [ 175% of Spell Power ] Holy damage. When you or allies with your Greater Blessings take damage, the damage of your next Hammer of Reckoning increases. (Instant, 30 sec cooldown)

Inflorescence of the Sunwell – Infusion of Light has 1 additional charge, reduces the cost of Flash of Light by an additional 30%, and has a 30% chance to generate an additional Holy Power from Holy Light.

Tirion’s Devotion – Lay on Hand’s cooldown is reduced by 1 sec per Holy Power spent.

Divine Insight – Holy Shock’s healing and damage is increased by 5%.

Unwavering Spirit – The cooldown of Aura Mastery is reduced by 30 sec.

Veneration – Flash of Light, Holy Light, and Judgment critical strikes reset the cooldown of Hammer of Wrath and make it usable on any target, regardless of their health.

Imbued Infusions – Consuming Infusion of Light reduces the cooldown of Holy Shock by 1.0 sec.

Boundless Salvation – Casting Flash of Light on targets affected by Tyr’s Deliverance extends the duration of your Tyr’s Deliverance by 0.5 sec. Casting Holy Light on targets affected by Tyr’s Deliverance extends the duration of your Tyr’s Deliverance by 1.0 sec.

Inspiring Vanguard – Grand Crusader’s chance is increased to 20% and it grants you 2% Strength for 8 sec.

Improved Lay on Hands – Cooldown of Lay on Hands reduced by 10%.

Improved Holy Shield – Your chance to block spells is increased by 10%.

Strength in Adversity – Parry increased by 2% for each target hit by Avenger’s Shield.

Divine Image – When you use a Holy Word spell, you have a chance to summon an image of a Naaru at your side. For 15 sec, whenever you cast a spell, the Naaru will cast a similar spell.

PvP Talents

Divine Favor – Your next Holy Light or Flash of Light is increased by 0%, casts 30% faster, and is unable to be interrupted. The healing of your next Holy Light or Flash of Light is increased by 60% and its cast time is reduced by 30%. Cooldown changed to 45 seconds (was 30).

Priest

Mind Blast now has a 9 sec recharge (down from 15).

Discipline

Holy Nova – An explosion of holy light around you deals up to [ 18% [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to enemies and up to [ 18% [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] healing to allies within 12 yds, reduced if there are more than 5 targets.

Mind Sear – Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing [ 117.9% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4 3 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target. Cast time reduced to 3 seconds (was 4).

Holy

Holy Nova – An explosion of holy light around you deals up to [ 18% [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to enemies and up to [ 18% [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] healing to allies within 12 yds, reduced if there are more than 5 targets.

Holy Word: Sanctify – Now has 1 charge by default and a 60 sec recharge.

Apotheosis – Reset the cooldowns cooldown of your Holy Words, and enter a pure Holy form for 20 sec, increasing the cooldown reductions to your Holy Words by 300% and reducing their cost by 100%.

Shadow

Void Bolt now has a 6 sec cooldown (was 9).

Mind Sear – Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing [ 117.9% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4 3 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target. Cast time reduced to 3 seconds (was 4).

Voidform – Lasts 15 20 sec.

Silence now has a 40 yd range (up from 30).

Damnation‘s cooldown increased to 60 seconds (was 45). 

Void Torrent – Channel a torrent of void energy into the target, dealing [ 306% [ 382.5% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 3 sec. Cooldown increased to 60 sec (was 30).

Ancient Madness – Voidform increases your critical strike chance by 15% for 15 sec, reducing by 1% every sec. Voidform and Dark Ascension increase your critical strike chance by 10% for 20 sec, reducing by 0.5% every sec.

PvP Talents

Miracle Worker – Holy Word: Serenity gains and Holy Word: Sanctify gain an additional charge.

Shaman

Healing Stream Totem – If you already know Healing Stream Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Healing Stream Totem.

Cloudburst Totem: Summons a totem at your feet for 15 sec that heals an injured party or raid member within 40 yards for [ 47% of Spell Power ] every 2 sec. If you already know Cloudburst Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Cloudburst Totem.

Enhancement

Crash Lightning – Electrocutes all enemies in front of you, dealing [ 12.8% [ 21.3% of Attack Power + 12.8% 21.3% of Off-hand Attack Power ] Nature damage. Hitting 2 or more targets enhances your weapons for 10 12 sec, causing Stormstrike, Ice Strike, and Lava Lash to also deal [ 16% [ 21.3% of Attack Power + 16% 21.3% of Off-hand Attack Power ] Nature damage to all targets in front of you. Damage reduced beyond 6 targets. Cooldown is now 12 seconds (was 9).

Stormkeeper – Charge yourself with lightning, causing your next 2 Lightning Bolts to deal 150% more damage, and also causes your next 2 Lightning Bolts or Chain Lightnings to be instant cast and trigger an Elemental Overload on every target. If you already know, instead gain 1 additional charges of Stormkeeper.

New Talents

Healing Stream Totem – Summons a totem at your feet for 15 sec that heals an injured party or raid member within 40 yards for [ 47% of Spell Power ] every 2 sec. If you already know Healing Stream Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Healing Stream Totem. (Instant, Costs 9% of Base Mana)

Rushing Streams: Summons a totem at your feet for 15 sec that heals two injured party or raid members within 40 yards for [ 47% of Spell Power ] every 2 sec. If you already know Healing Stream Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Healing Stream Totem.

Cloudburst Totem: Summons a totem at your feet for 15 sec that heals an injured party or raid member within 40 yards for [ 47% of Spell Power ] every 2 sec. If you already know Cloudburst Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Cloudburst Totem.

Stormkeeper – Charge yourself with lightning, causing your next 2 Lightning Bolts to deal 150% more damage, and also causes your next 2 Lightning Bolts or Chain Lightnings to be instant cast and trigger an Elemental Overload on every target. If you already know Stormkeeper, instead gain 1 additional charges of Stormkeeper. (1.5 sec cast, 1 sec cooldown)

Warrior

Slam – Generates 20 10 Rage.

Fury

Improved Whirlwind – Whirlwind no longer costs Rage. Instead it generates 3 Rage, plus an additional 1 per target hit. Maximum 8 Rage.

Frothing Berserker – Rampage, Mortal Strike, Cleave and Revenge have has a 20% chance to immediately refund 20% of the Rage spent.

PvP Talents

Enduring Rage (Annihilator): Increases the duration of your Enrage effect by 1 sec, and your Annihilator damage extend the duration of your Enrage by 0.5 sec.

Battle Trance 

Normal: You go into a trance causing you to regenerate 3% of your health and generate 3 Rage every 3 sec for 18 sec after using Raging Blow twice in a row on a target. Using Attacking a new target with Raging Blow on will cancel this effect.<!–Spec:

Annihilator: You go into a trance causing you to regenerate 3% of your health and generate 3 Rage every 3 sec for 18 sec after striking a target with Annihilator 8 times. Attacking a new target with Annihilator will cancel this effect.

Rebound – Reflecting spells causes them to deal 33% 50% extra damage back to the attacker.

New Talents

Frothing Berserker – Revenge has a 20% chance to immediately refund 50% of the Rage spent.

Quick Thinking – Increases auto attack speed by 10%.

Cruel Strikes – Increases crit chance by 1% and increases the critical strike damage of Execute by 5%.

Critical Thinking – Critical Strike chance increased by 1% and Execute immediately refunds 10% of the Rage spent.

Frothing Berserker – Mortal Strike and Cleave have a 20% chance to immediately refund 20% of the Rage spent.

Wrath and Fury – Raging Blow deals 5% increased damage and while Enraged Raging Blow has a 30% chance to instantly reset its own cooldown.

Spell Block – You are able to block spells cast against you for 14 sec. (Instant, Requires Shield, 2 min cooldown)

Cruelty – While Enraged, Raging Blow deals 15% increased damage and Annihilator deals 5% increased damage.
