Players are reporting a bug in Wrath Classic with the first Titan Rune Dungeon of the day not awarding the extra 3 emblems, as it should. Blizzard is aware of the bug but have no ETA for the fix.

No one in the group received the bag with 3 extra emblems for completing the first titan rune dungeon for the day
We don’t yet have an ETA for a fix, and will provide a further update when we do.
