Vault of the Incarnates Raid
Renewed Proto-Drake: Embodiment of the Storm-Eater is a Full Transformation customization option for the Renewed Proto-Drake Dragonriding mount. It resembles Raszageth and we assume it will drop on Mythic Difficulty, because there is no other mount dropping in the raid.
You will be able to choose the Storm-Eater customization option at Rostrum of Transformation.
Gladiator Season 1 PvP Mount
The Gladiator Mount in Dragonflight PvP Season 1 is also a Full Transformation, but for the Highland Drake. When you earn Gladiator in Season 1, you will automatically earn Highland Drake: Embodiment of the Crimson Gladiator, which unlocks the appearance.

Mythic+ Season 1 Mount
Hailstorm Armoredon is rewarded to players who attain a Mythic+ Rating of at least 2,000 during Dragonflight Mythic+ Season 1 (Dragonflight Keystone Master: Season One).
