Patch 10.0.7 adds a new questline involving Baine Bloodhoof. In the following post, we look at it in more detail.
Quest Highlights
The quest chain starts in Valdrakken, where Mayla Highmountain is worried about Baine who went to Ohn’ahran Plains to search for missing friends, a Tauren tribe that worships Ohn’ahra.
Baine encounters members of the Maruuk Centaur, but he’s very careful and does not trust them.
One of the members helps Baine search for his lost friend Bovan. However, his friend got killed by members of the Nokhud clan.
Baine goes berserk and kills members of the Nokhud Centaur clan responsible for his friend’s death.
Both the Maruuk Centaur and the Tauren suffer casualties during the questline. They come together to honor the fallen and burn their bodies.
I think the questline brought the Maruuk Centaur and the Tauren clan closer together. Maybe they realized they had more in common than just worshipping Ohn’ahra.
