A hotfix has been applied which fixes the Whirling Dagger interaction on Harlan Sweete, increasing the deadliness of this encounter in Freehold.
The Whirling Dagger ability is supposed to chain to all targets after 60% health when Loaded Dice: All Hands! is cast. Previously it wouldn’t, and would only hit the first target. This has now been hotfixed and Whirling Dagger will hit all targets once Harlan Sweet hits 60%.
