Silithus Swiss is a new item that references the Silithus sword in Dragonflight.
Game Director Ion Hazzikostas’ reply to a question about the Silithus sword during the Asmongold interview was: “What sword?” I’m sure that by now, the vast majority of us forgot about the fact that there’s a giant sword stuck in Silithus.
The new Dragonflight consumable comes with the following flavor text: “There’s just one big hole in the middle, with a comically large toothpick sticking out of the side. What, were you expecting a sword or something?”
