One of the very first quests in the Emerald Dream requires Dragonriding, but if you don’t want to/can’t complete it, you can simply talk to a NPC to complete the quest for you.
For the first quest in Patch 10.2 you must use Dragonriding. but unlike traditional quests, this one also caters to players with accessibility needs.
As brought up by content creator MrGM, you can talk to a nearby Faerie Dragon after accepting the quest, who will finish the quest for you.
Of course, you can still complete the quest on your own if you’d like. It’s awesome to see Blizzard implementing a feature like that.
