After yesterday’s 1.0.4 patch that enabled Uber Unique items to drop from Helltide Chests, Blizzard temporarily disabled this functionality. Today, Blizzard has released a Hotfix that has re-enabled Uber Uniques to drop from Helltide chests, as well as any chest found in Diablo 4.
