6.2 Mechanics Testing

A list of mechanic interactions that need testing on the 6.2 PTR.  This is probably not a complete list, if you have something you think should be on the list post.  Anyone can test things but please provide WCL logs as evidence.

Assassination 2pc:
1) Does the bonus nature damage scale with mastery?
Yes
2) Is the bonus damage an independent crit and MS roll?
Independent MS roll, scales based on initial hit, cannot crit.

Set bonus dispatches

3) Does the bonus damage scale with the envenom perk?[strike]
Yes

Combat 2pc:
4) What does the set bonus proc off of? SnD cast, internal SnD tick interval, something else entirely?
Internal SnD tick interval

5) What is the proc rate?
Spell data says 8% which roughly matches testing so going with 8% until someone can provide evidence otherwise.

12) How does the proced AR interact with casted AR?
Each proc adds a full 4 seconds to the overall duration. No wasted procs.

Soul Capacitor (Not currently working on PTR):
6) How is SR damage handled?
Not included

7) Is the explosion at the end scaled by any of the following multipliers:
a) Bandits Guile
b) Assassin's Resolve
c) Sanguinary Veins
d) Master of Subtlety
e) Subtlety 2pc bonus
f) Combat 4pc bonus

None of the above

11) How does the legendary ring effect interact with Soul Capacitor?

Mirror of the Blademaster:
8) Do the mirror images spawned scale with any of the following multipliers:
a) Bandits Guile

10 swings scaling with haste per spawned blademaster.

10) Do the mirror images have independent crit and MS rolls?
Yes (can be parried is they spawn in front of boss)

I haven't been paying enough attention to know whether the legendary DPS ring is Flaskataur-able on the PTR; do you know? If it is, then I'd want to add that as part of the Soul Capacitor testing -- I'm curious to see how the two of them interact. (e.g., if the Capacitor procs while the ring is active, what happens when the ring "explodes"?)

mutilate log with 4pc + rogue class trinket + agi trinket
don't have time to look thru this atm, but if someone else wants to check it out

short log with combat 4pc + blademaster trinket + agi trinket

4) seems to be proc'd on internal snd tick, not sure how to check for a tick event, but watching it just looked like it would proc when the timer updated. it can refresh itself

8) blademaster trinket

update: simple bandit's guile test log
doesn't seem to increase damage

it's not an actual mirror image like SR, it just spawns 4 guys that look like you in a square around where you activated it. they spin and do "felstorm: striking for 25% weapon damage every .88 seconds"

1. naked
2. agi pot, no insight
3. deep insight + agi trinket proc
4. deep insight + agi trinket proc + agi pot
log with buff overlayed for each felstorm

9) felstorm tooltip always says .88 seconds, SnD up didn't change it, see log below, same number of attacks if naked or geared

10) they each have their own independent rolls, some get spawned in front of the target dummy so they can get parried


other:
-rogue class trinket for combat makes evis have like a 20 yard range, but doesn't update the tooltip

SR scales with Mut Archi trinket:

So I didn't realize people were planning on continuing to respond to this thread. I don't have log answers for everything since a lot of them I was just collecting for myself and didn't bother logging but this currently reflects how things are implemented in ShC.

If you see an answer that doesn't seem right post some logs so I can correct it.
